These terms form the contract between you and the operator. The contract is concluded in English; we keep it and you can read or download this page at any time.

1. The service

We host a link page at an address you choose on https://favlink.net. Visitors who open it inside an app's built-in browser see a screen asking them to open it in their regular browser; everyone else sees your links. We count visits and clicks.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. We may refuse or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Price, trial and cancelling

The service costs €6.00 per month for one page and €2 per month for every extra page (2 pages €8, 3 pages €10, 5 pages €14 …), billed monthly in advance through PayPal. We are not a VAT payer, so these prices are final. On your first subscription the first 3 days are free; the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before. When you add pages, PayPal asks you to approve the new monthly price. You can cancel any time in Billing or in your PayPal account; your page then stays online until the end of the paid period. Past payments are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). By starting the trial you ask us to start the service immediately. You can still withdraw within 14 days of starting the subscription by writing to us; if you withdraw after the trial ended, we refund the payment minus the part for the days the service was provided.

4. What you may not link to or show

  • anything illegal where you or your visitors are, or content you don't have the rights to;
  • anything that involves, depicts or targets minors in a sexual way — reported to authorities;
  • scams, phishing, malware, pages that imitate other people or companies;
  • content made or shared without the consent of the people in it;
  • hate, harassment or threats.

Your page itself (name, photo, bio, bar texts) must not contain nudity. Links to legal adult platforms are allowed if you mark the page 18+.

We may take a page offline immediately when we receive a credible report or see a breach, and close the account for serious or repeated breaches. Report a page at /abuse.

5. Availability and liability

We aim to keep pages online but can't promise it without interruption. Social networks decide on their own whether they allow a link; we don't control that and aren't responsible if a network limits your link or account. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

6. Changes

We'll tell you by e-mail at least 14 days before changes that affect you. If you don't agree, you can cancel.

7. Law

Czech law applies, without taking away the protection that the law of your country gives you as a consumer. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
