What we keep about you (account holders)

• e-mail and a scrambled (hashed) password — to run your account;
• what you put on your page — to show it;
• your PayPal subscription id and its status — to know if the page should be online. We never see your card or PayPal login.

Legal basis: the contract with you. Kept while you have an account; billing records as long as tax law requires.

Visitors of link pages

For each visit we store the time, the page, the kind of device (phone/computer), which app's browser it came from and which link ending was used. We do not store IP addresses or set cookies for visitors. A rough daily fingerprint (a hash of the browser's user-agent and the date) lets us estimate unique visitors per day; it changes every day. Legal basis: legitimate interest in showing page owners their statistics.

Who else processes data

• Contabo GmbH (Germany) — server and domain;
• PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. — payments;
• Resend — sending account e-mails (may process data in the USA under standard contractual clauses).

Messages you send us

• What you write in the contact form and your e-mail, to answer you. Kept until the matter is closed, then up to 2 years.

Cookies

Only one cookie, for staying logged in. On the billing page PayPal loads its own script and may set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing, through the contact form. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
